p1) We Follow The Golden Rule:

Rules… all PLAYERS, TEAM MEMBERS and ADMINISTRATORS must follow these rules…
a) Remember this is a Game… be KIND and have FUN!
b) Look for the best in others and find ways to support one another.
c) Be polite at all times, no bullies and no foul language.
d) Trolling… well it should go without saying this is not a good idea and if you are reading this and intend to wreak havoc on others just for the “FUN” of it… please reconsider another kind of “FUN” where we can have a good time together. Being mean and spiteful to Trolls only breeds more meanness. We have had trolls come on our server and say “Hi everyone, I was going to troll you but you guys are so nice… so I am not going to”. It has been proven many times over that Mean Trolls can also be great players through patience and kindness. At the end of the day, everyone just wants to be appreciated and loved.
d)² Trying to help enforce the rules? We appreciate it, but please leave that to the Good Earth Staff Members.
e) Promoting the Good Earth Community? Wonderful, thank you. Recording/Streaming or anything of the sort must be fully credited if you are to record. And must let us know if you are/did.
f) Promoting another server or your own server on Good Earth… well please ask first. We love supporting one another but we also don’t want to have people competing with each other and create disruption or confusion within our community.
g) Always wash vehicles when they get dirty or prior to use and after use.
h) Always park vehicles when done using them and prior to leaving the server.
i) Emergencies happen that may take you away from the game in a hurry…. but try your best not to go AFK (Away From Keyboard) in your vehicle in the middle of things.
j) Please use our Color codes: Green for The Silage Farm, Blue for The Farming Farm

l) Administrators are here as experienced and dedicated COACHES for the Good Earth Community. They are here to have fun while supporting you to have fun.
p2)What we do on Good Earth.
At Good Earth we create an environment for fellow players to enjoy with other Farming Simulator enthusiasts.
On the Good Earth 24/7 Silage Server, we harvest Corn with forage harvesters and semi-trucks then take the harvested Chaff to the BGA (Bio Gas Plant), and others will compact and level the Chaff in one of the bunkers. Once the bunker is completely full we cover it with a tarp.
When the silage has fermented then we sell the silage at the BGA Mixer or Barn with wheel loaders and semi-trucks.
p3) Things that we don’t do on Good Earth.
Firstly we make Corn Silage using forage harvesters.
We don’t make Grass silage.
We don’t need extra machines.
We use Wheel Loaders not conveyor belts.
Don’t ask for Staff ex, Farm-Manager/Admin.
Don’t ask for permissions.
If there is something that isn’t here don’t complain.
p4) PATHWAY TO BE A GOOD EARTH ADMINISTRATOR:
STEP ONE:
Never ask to be an admin or for any other privilege.
Be invited to become a TEAM MEMBER… for a MINIMUM period of two weeks of playing time on the Good Earth Farming Simulator Server. After positive contributions and having fun with others over a few weeks’ time you may be invited to become an ADMINISTRATOR if there is an available position.
STEP TWO:
Acceptance as an ADMINISTRATOR… (AKA.. GOOD EARTH COACH)
Administrator Rules (all admins must comply with these rules)
l) Number one rule… THE GOLDEN RULE: Always treat others as you would want to be treated.
m) With the added ability to Kick or Ban players comes responsibility.
n) Please exercise patience and kindness even in the face of annoying or abusive behavior. Some of our players are quite young and may need extra patience. Give multiple warnings and when a community member fails to comply start with a Kick. Allow them to rejoin the server if they wish, then if necessary ban them. They will then have to wait for the server to restart before they can come back.
o) Be very lenient and use your coaching skills to use kicking and banning as a last resort with a legitimate reason.
p) If appropriate you may invite people to our Good Earth Community Discord Server.
q) Please keep our Administrative Passwords confidential at all times.
r) You are obligated to have FUN!
s) Please, no buying/leasing vehicles, placing buildings/objects/vehicles, etc (Unless discussed with the owner).
t) We appreciate you.. and all the time you spend in our Good Earth Community. We could not do it without you!
